To support our stockists and build long-term partnerships, we offer a simple, tier-based rewards program.

How It Works

Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible wholesale orders.

Every 200 points is worth $5 toward future wholesale purchases. Choose from a selection of rewards as your points accumulate.

All approved stockists are automatically enrolled, with no additional sign-up required.

Stockist Tiers

01 Stockist

All approved wholesale accounts.

Earn points with every eligible purchase and redeem them toward future wholesale orders.

02 Preferred Stockist

$3,000 in purchases within 12 months

All Stockist benefits, plus a one-time $10 reward upon reaching this tier.

03 Premier Stockist

$7,500 in purchases within 12 months

All Stockist benefits, plus a one-time $25 reward upon reaching this tier.

Based on qualifying purchases over a rolling 12-month period.

Reward discounts cannot be combined with other discounts. Rewards are subject to program terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

KIHO Wholesale Rewards is available exclusively to approved KIHO wholesale accounts. Eligible stockists are automatically enrolled in the program, with no additional registration required.

2. Earning Points

Stockists earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible wholesale orders.

Points are credited to the associated wholesale account and may be used toward future qualifying purchases. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.

3. Redeeming Rewards

Accumulated points may be exchanged for the following rewards:

Minimum purchase requirements vary by reward and are displayed at redemption.

Reward discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers. Each reward code is valid for a single use.

4. Stockist Tiers

Stockist tiers are determined by qualifying wholesale purchases over a rolling 12-month period.

Stockist: All approved wholesale accounts.
Preferred Stockist: $3,000 in qualifying purchases. Includes a one-time $10 tier reward.
Premier Stockist: $7,500 in qualifying purchases. Includes a one-time $25 tier reward.

Tier status is subject to periodic recalculation based on purchasing activity. Tier achievement rewards are issued once per customer, not each time a tier is regained.

5. Points & Reward Expiration

Accumulated points do not currently expire.

Individual rewards may have separate expiration dates or redemption conditions, where specified at the time of issuance.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Adjustments

Points earned from canceled, refunded, or returned orders may be deducted or adjusted accordingly.

KIHO reserves the right to correct point balances or rewards issued in error, including those resulting from duplicate transactions or misuse of the program.

7. Program Changes

KIHO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Wholesale Rewards Program, including earning rates, redemption values, eligibility requirements, and tier benefits, subject to applicable law.

Any changes will be communicated through the wholesale website or other appropriate channels.

8. General Conditions

Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Rewards are intended exclusively for approved wholesale accounts and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or sold.
