Please note that the following policies apply exclusively to orders placed directly through KIHO Wholesale. Orders placed via Faire are subject to Faire’s independent minimums, shipping rates, and return policies.
Orders that do not meet these requirements will not be processed. Any order below the minimum will be cancelled and refunded minus a3% processing fee.
Payment is required at checkout via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover), Shop Pay, or PayPal.
As our botanical candles are handcrafted and made to order, production begins once payment has been successfully received. If you are an established partner interested in discussing payment terms, please contact us via email after your second direct order.
Lead Time & Rush Orders
Standard Lead Time: 2–3 weeks. This may vary based on seasonal demand or supply chain conditions.
Rush Orders: If you require an expedited shipment, a rush fee of 25% of the total order value will apply. Please contact us to confirm availability before placing a rush order.
Shipping Rates & Logistics
We offer flat-rate shipping to simplify your ordering process. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail at our discretion to ensure the most efficient delivery. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.
To ensure the best service and protection for our products, shipping rates are calculated based on order value and your location (Zone).
Zone 1: East Coast & Mid-East (CT, DE, DC, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, NC, PA, RI, SC, VT, VA, WV)
Zone 2: West, South & Mid-West (AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NM, ND, OH, OK, OR, SD, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI, WY)
Zone 3: Alaska, Hawaii & International Flat rates do not apply. Shipping will be calculated by weight and invoiced separately after checkout.
Oversized Orders: We reserve the right to adjust shipping fees for exceptionally heavy orders; we will contact you for approval before fulfillment.
KIHO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. We recommend ensuring your delivery location is secure. We reserve the right to partial ship orders based on product availability.
Returns, Damages & Claims
All wholesale sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Claims: Please inspect your shipment immediately. Any shortages or damages must be reported to wholesale@kihonewyork.com within 5 business days of receipt.
After review, approved claims will be resolved via replacement or a credit toward a future purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Late Payments
For agreed-upon credit terms: payments more than 60 days past due will incur a late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance.
Product Quality & Natural Variations
Our products are handcrafted in small batches using botanical, clean ingredients. Minor variances in color, fragrance intensity, or appearance (e.g. wax frosting, vessel adhesion) are normal and not considered defects.
Resale & Brand Integrity
Products must be sold in original packaging with all labels intact. KIHO does not offer private label or custom manufacturing (no repackaging, relabeling, or altering). Resale on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
Samples
Sample-size testers (tealights, hand wash/lotion packets, spray vials) are available upon request for prospective stockists.
MSRP & Pricing Policy
Price Consistency:To maintain the integrity of the brand, all products must be sold at the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
Maximum Markup: Retailers may not apply a markup exceeding 50% of the MSRP without prior written consent from KIHO NEW YORK.
Discounting: Temporary sales or promotions that result in prices below MSRP must be approved in advance.
