These policies apply only to wholesale orders placed via KIHO’s wholesale portal.
Ordering & Minimums
Opening Order Minimum: US$ 200 Reorder Minimum: US$ 150
Orders under the minimum will not be processed.
Payment is due in full at time of order (unless prior agreement). Acceptable payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, or other pre-approved methods.
Lead Time & Rush Orders
Standard production & fulfillment lead time: 2 weeks, subject to change depending on order volume or raw material supply.
Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee (e.g. +25% of order total) — please contact us to discuss options.
Shipping & Delivery
Ships from our studio / warehouse in New Jersey.
Shipping charges calculated by weight and destination; shipping method is chosen at checkout unless otherwise arranged.
We provide tracking information once the order is dispatched.
KIHO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
International Orders: All duties, customs, import fees are the responsibility of the retailer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Returns, Damages & Claims
All orders should be inspected immediately upon receipt.
Any shortages or damages must be reported within 5 business days with photo documentation.
After review, KIHO will issue a replacement or credit toward a future order.
Returns or exchanges for unsold or unwanted items are not accepted.
Resale & Brand Integrity
Products must be sold in original packaging with all labels intact.
KIHO does not offer private label or custom manufacturing (no repackaging, relabeling, or altering).
Resale on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
Product Quality & Natural Variations
Our products are handcrafted in small batches using botanical, clean ingredients. Minor variances in color, fragrance intensity, or appearance (e.g. wax frosting, vessel adhesion) are normal and not considered defects.
Late Payments
For agreed-upon credit terms: payments more than 60 days past due will incur a late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance.
Samples
Sample-size testers are available upon request for prospective stockists. If you’d like samples, please include your shipping address and indicate which scents you’d like to test.
